
• 2 Pounds Thinly Sliced
Flank Steak
• Mozzarella Cheese 1/4 inch slices
• 1 Cup of Walter's "Almost Famous" Marinade
Take your Flank steak and lay in out flat, place the Mozzarella cheese
sliced on top and roll up. You may insert wooden toothpicks to hold
in place. In a narrow container add marinade. Be sure your marinade
covers at least half of the steak and allow to sit in the refrigerator
for at least two hours. Turn at hour intervals for complete marinating.
Slow cook on the grill to your liking. Be sure to cook high above the
flame for the cheese will cook to quickly if to close to the flame.
Brush a bit of the marinade on top and serve.
