Jim McCormick's Wally Burgers

• 2 lbs. Ground Sirloin
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1/2 tsp. Pepper
• 1 cup Walter's "Almost Famous" Marinade

Pour marinade in bowl with Ground Sirloin. Mix marinade in until meat is saturated. Make patties to your size preference and place on a covered plate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cook to your liking preferably on a grill inside or out. Add Swiss cheese towards the end of cooking. And instead of ketchup, try a wee bit of Walter's Marinade to top it off!
