
• 8 medium potatoes for
mashing
• 2 tsp. Salt
• 2 tsp. Pepper
• 3 tsp. Butter/Margarine
• 3 tsp. Sour Cream
• 1/2 cup Walter's "Almost Famous" Marinade
Clean Potatoes very well. You may peel or leave skins on, which ever
you prefer. Boil potatoes until done. Drain and put back in pot or bowl.
Add all other ingredient and mash to your desired consistency. Some
folks like em' real mashed and other kinda chunky.
You decide! Serve immediately.
