• 2 lbs.
Baby-Back Ribs
• 2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. pepper
• 2 tsp. garlic salt
• 2 tsp. onion power
• 2 tsp. cayenne pepper
• 1 cup Walter's "Almost Famous" Marinade
Combine all spices in a small zip lock bag and shack.
Rub into ribs on both sides and let sit for approximately 1 hour.
In a pan, pour in 1 cup of marinade and soak your ribs for 1 hour.
Drain off excess marinade in a bowl and save.
Place back in pan with 1 cup of water.
Cover with foil and cook at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
Check periodically.
This will basically steam them to be cooked on the grill, cutting down on the
time required to cook.
Drain off any excess water, pour the marinade in the bowl back on the ribs
and cook on your grill slowly for another hour.
At the very end of cooking brush with fresh unused marinade and serve.
You may of course cook them directly on your grill for the same about of
time, but be sure to place high above the flame to avoid burning.
