To pan-broiling beef |

1.
Heat heavy nonstick skillet 5 minutes over medium heat. 2.
Season beef (straight from refrigerator) as desired. Place beef in preheated
skillet. Do not add oil or water and do not cover. 3.
Pan-broiling according to chart, turning once. If steak is more that 1-inch
thick, turn more often. Remove excess drippings from skillet as they
accumulate. |
